Kodak is starting to take on the competitive digital camera market. Kodak has just launched Slice, a 14 mega pixels camera having internal 5x optical zoom, image stabilisation and a 8 cm (3.5") 16:9 capacitive touchscreen at the rear.Besides taking photos,it can also record 720p HD video at 30fps, reports Silicon India.
Slice by Kodak consists of 2GB of onboard storage, and comes equipped with a microSDHC card slot for additional storage. Slice has face and scene detection technology along with an automatic "Smart Shoot" mode which will lead to better pause with good quality.
In this kodak Slice camera, ISO settings from 64 to 3200 are possible.
Another feature on the Slice is a share button by which user can upload photos on the many social networking sites like Facebook, Flickr and YouTube. The Kodak Slice is priced at Rs 15,750 ($349.95).
